Meditation its a physical practice and it can be very challenging, meditation and yoga are not separate.Yoga practice give us strength and flexibility and there is a constant flow between one and the other,we balance yin and yang, we dance with our bodies observing our mind, body and mind are feeding each other constantly. This class its a good introduction for new practitioners and also for yoga students who wish to integrate Yin yoga and dynamic practice.
