Gentle Yoga 50+

Gentle Yoga with Lucie is 75 minutes of yoga asanas and breath exercises accompanied by relaxation techniques. While connecting the asanas into simple sequences in a slow rhythm, we learn about the interconnection between the breath and the movement. The class is aimed at bringning the body and mind back into tha balanced state. We both stretch and strenghten the body, the result of regular practice is improved joint and feet movement, correct breathing, better posture and joy from movement. Lucie introduces yoga as meditation in movement, as a way to healthier body and clear mind. The class is good for both beginners and advanced students of all age groups, but is especially aimed at senior yoga students with movement restrictions or different health issues. The class is led by Lucie Königová.

 

Price for the Gentle Yoga 50+ class is based on donation (how much you give depends on your possibilities and satisfaction with the class)
