Do you feel tired or you don't like sitting in front of the computer whole day? Then take a break with our one-hour yoga class. Doing yoga during the lunch break is an envigorating way to restore energy, calm your mind and eliminate those afternoon "downs". You will leave happy, calm and energized, instead of feeling lethargic or jittery from heavy meal or a cup of coffee.
