Delphine Prokešová

Delphine believes that all ways of Yoga practice are good. Each of us chooses our own way and progresses at his own pace, without judgement or comparisson. In all cases, it's the beginning of a beautiful adventure. Some people are satisfied with one or two lessons per week and will be delighted with the new sense of well-being and better coping with stress - this is wonderful in itself. For others, Yoga practice is a part of daily life and a life philosophy. Whatever way is right for you, some subtle changes will appeal: gradually, you gain body awareness, realize what it is to live in the present moment and learn how to respect and accept your own limits.

During her classes Delphine invites participants to practise ahimsa (non-violence) and be gentle. Even if your neighbor seems to be more flexible or stronger, we are not there to judge each other or ourselves. What is important is to honor your body, individuality and love ourselves for who we are. In Yoga, there is no competition, it's a personal path and an extraordinary tool to connect with yourself.
