We would like to invite you for a Sunday yoga workshop with Indian brahmin Shiva Shankar. In four-hour session we will explore the asana, pranyama, meditation and yoga philosophy of traditional yoga from the Himalayas. Shiva is known for his deep insight, knowledge of the tradition, kidness and his classes are always fun also. There will be also time dedicated to answering your questions regarding the practice. The workshop will be led in ENGLISH.
