Yoga in the park
Tomorrow - Friday August 27th (really on Friday, there was mistake in the mailing:)) we will celebrate the summer with an outdoor yoga session in the Letná park. Join us for practice under the blue sky. We will meet at 5:45 pm at the Metronome. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. After we finish, you can visit the ongoing Letní Letná festival.
I will lead the class for free, all of the money collected we donate to the Bhikkhuni Visuddhi a theravadan female monk who settled in the Czech Republic to spread the teachings of Buddha. Among other activities she raises money to build a preschool in Sri Lanka, you can read more about the project here. You can see a short documentary about Bhikkhuni Visuddhi here.
