Nataraja - Lord of the Dance
Shiva Natarja, The Lord of the Dance of the Creation, Maintenance and Destruction and Transformation of the Universe, is a beautiful and immensely rich symbol of the play of consciousness and the dance of the unfolding of yoga practice. This workshop class will consider the symbolism of Nataraja and use it to guide a focused asana class exploring the play and balance between different energies and how the conscious play of opposites can expand our centre.
In the afternoon we will continue in the joyous dance and playful, concious practice on the slackline in the Letná park. You can come along, bring some refreshment and chill out in the park. During the evening Kirtan led by James from 4:30 - 6:30 pm at Akasha studio we will further expand the Nataraja theme to close a bliss-soaked day dedicated to the expansion of joy and consciousness.
