Exposed to the pure elements around us we will dive deep into our nature selves to live the yoga experience. This is not a "yoga holiday". We will live in a beautiful nature, sharing bungalows for 2 - 3 people. The bungalows overlook the sea, some of them have own bathroom and the rest has shared facilities. The price is same for all types of accommodation and it is purely matter of luck which bungalow will be assigned to you:).
The delicious vegetarian food is prepared from locally grown organic vegetables and there will be plenty of it. However, shall you still be hungry, you can use the local restaurant and "chillout" bar. There is a very good audio and book library on the premises
About the teachers:
Běla was born in the Northern Bohemia. She believes that yoga is a living art and through living yoga we can change ourselves and the world around us. The asanas are just the start of a beautiful journey and inspired by the changes everyday yoga practice brings to her life, Běla motivates her students to listen to their inner voice. In her classes Běla encourages people to explore their feelings and to realize what is happening now. Using the breath as a tool to release the hidden tensions she guides her students to inquire how to release the body as well as the mind. Based on her own experience she believes that we should always inquire, let go of expectations and not be afraid of going beyond the form.
Although her roots are in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, in her classes she incorporates elements of other yoga styles, creating yoga based on her ten years of practice. Běla is grateful to all the yoga and meditation teachers who have inspired her and students who help her to learn more about life and herself.
