Extra classes with Matěj Jurenka

Matěj Jurenka taught a weekend workshop at Akasha last month and he returns once more to give two extra classes. On Thursday August 19th and Friday Audust 20th he will teach two evening classes 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Matěj has more then 10 years of experience studying yoga and shamanism and he integrates both into a yoga system which he calls Shrivatsa Yoga. The symbol of Shrivatsa Yoga - the endless knot - is a symmetrical symbol where knots tie into themselves, crossing and interlocking each other. It is a symbol for eternity, compassion, wisdom and harmony. It is also one of the eight auspicious symbols in Tibetan Buddhism, representing the interconnection of all beings, without beginning or ending. The intertwining of the lines also represents how all events, past, present and future are bound by never ending cycle of cause and effect.
