Under the guidance of respected teacher and experienced yogi Godfri Devereux and his wife Olivia we will explore DYNAMIC YOGA. In this intensive three day workshop we will learn three dynamic yoga Vinyasa series, meditation and pranayama in the light of Patanjali’s yogasutras and clarify the subtleties of the yoga method so that your yoga practice can access the deepest and most rewarding possibilities of body, mind and sprit.
About the teacher:
Godfri Devereux has been practicing and teaching yoga more than 35 years studying Shivananda, Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The power of his teaching rests directly on the depths of many years of Zen training, and the deep awakening this generated. This his given the Method a deep, internal orientation that is grounded entirely in the body and its relationship to mind and spirit.
