Akasha (or Akash, Aakaashá, Ākāśa, आकाश) means ether in Sanskrit. In some contexts it also denotes light and space. Akasha is the subtlest of the five elements, expanding in all directions and containing the four other elements: air, fire, water and earth. Akasha can not be bound within three dimensions. It is beyond limitations of time and space. Akasha is the repository of endless possibilities and potential for material and spiritual evolution.

Akasha Yoga Studio in Prague opened its doors in February 2010 and since the start it was blessed by presence of many inspirational and respected yoga teachers from across the world including: Andrew Eppler, Godfri Devereux, Shiva Shankar, Vinay Kumar, Matej Jurenka, Diego del Sol, James Boag and others.

We choose our studio teachers carefully to ensure, that you always get authentic teaching based on personal practice and study of Yoga.
